Our Cancellation & Return Policies:
Each item on our website is hand painted according to your order. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once they are started.
Returns are handled on an case by case basis. If, for some reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact me and we will figure out the best way to correct the situation. Personalized plates, pie plates and platters cannot be returned unless a mispelling is a mistake on our part.
And Our Guarantee:
Our products are guaranteed to hold up under normal use, and
wear and tear. If you find an item to be defective,
please let us know immediately and we will work out a replacement.
