A pig that polkas???

Depending on how you found my blog, you may or may not know what I do. I paint piggy banks. Not only do I paint them, but I hand craft them from "scratch". You can see more about that on my how I make piggy banks page. My piggy banks are special.....as far as I know, no one else online hand pours them and starts from scratch. And better yet, they are totally hand made in the USA. But I am losing my train of thought......

Polka Dot Piggy Banks

It's simply just time to announce a new design. Our Polka Dot Piggy Bank is new to the website. I had been thinking about doing polka dot piggy banks for a while now, but could never find the time. A new customer called and asked if I could do one, and there was my opportunity to get-it-done. She asked for a white pig with quarter sized pink dots. Hope you like it Madelyn! I thought it would be cute in other combinations too....dark pink dots on light pink pig. Black dots on a pastel pig. We'll see, they all sounded like fun to me. But I am not my own customer, only time will tell what the customer thinks.....

Thank you! Every time someone signs a post "mom" or "mum" I think my mom is reading my blog....not that she couldn't, but it would be weird : )
